Her versatility in pedagogy allows her to connect with students from all walks of life, promoting an inclusive and enriching learning environment. She is known for her ability to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere where students can progress at their own pace while having fun.
With over 36 years of experience, Gérard, our co-founder and chief instructor, is at the heart of L Performance’s excellence.
His remarkable journey in driving instruction, with thousands of hours of theoretical and practical courses, has benefited a considerable number of drivers across cars, motorcycles, trucks, trailers, buses, and boats.
Gérard is particularly distinguished by his 11 federal and cantonal certifications, including that from the Professional Driving Instructors’ Federal Training School. These certifications span a wide range of specialized skills, such as training for mandatory 2-phase courses, road education courses, as well as advanced training for instructors, among others.
His innovative methodology has contributed to the issuance of over 150,000 course attendance certificates, reflecting the commitment and quality of our teaching.
Our instructors have access to a Tesla among other latest-generation vehicles for your driving lessons. The adult-oriented pedagogy combines motivation, theoretical knowledge, and immersive practice.
All our instructors are qualified by ResQ and SGS, trained by the Institute of First Aiders, the Swiss Health Corps, or Sanpool, all accredited by the OFROU. They regularly participate in advanced training to stay at the forefront of educational standards.
With particular expertise in teaching adults, our trainers have been offering first aid courses since March 1, 2000, and many are also qualified to conduct additional training for the probationary license (2-phase courses).
