As Director and Driving Instructor with a federal diploma, Alina is passionate about training competent and responsible drivers.
Since 2013, her versatility in pedagogy has allowed her to connect with students from all backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and enriching learning environment. She is recognized for her ability to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere, where students can progress at their own pace while enjoying themselves.

With 39 years of experience, Gérard, a driving instructor, 2-phase course facilitator, and quality assurance manager, is at the heart of L Performance’s excellence.
Teaching Experience
His remarkable career in driving instruction, with over 89,000 hours of theoretical and practical lessons provided, has benefited a considerable number of drivers of cars, motorcycles, trucks, trailers, coaches, and boats. This includes awareness courses, 2-phase courses, Eco-drive, road safety education courses “OAC art 40-41”, advanced training courses for holders of Swiss or foreign licenses “control course”, as well as theoretical and practical training or advanced training courses for driving instructors.

These certifications, authorizing him to organize, provide, and issue course attendance certificates, cover a wide range of specialized skills, such as first aid courses, awareness courses, motorcycle practice, training for mandatory 2-phase courses, road safety education courses art 40-41 OAC, as well as training and advanced courses for driving instructors and 2-phase facilitators, among others.
Quality Audit and Monitoring
From 1993 to date, Gérard has successfully undergone 95 quality monitoring and control audits of teaching. Each certification has been subject to a written report by OCV, ASMC, SGS, and CSR, highlighting Gérard’s excellent knowledge of the subject matter, outstanding teaching and course facilitation skills, and strict compliance with federal regulations.

His innovative methodology has contributed to the issuance of over 153,000 course attendance certificates, reflecting the commitment and quality of our instruction.






Our instructors have two Teslas, among other latest-generation vehicles “Toyota, Mercedes, Volkswagen Polo”, available for your driving lessons. The pedagogy, designed for adults, combines motivation, theoretical knowledge, and immersive practice.
All our instructors are ResQ and SGS qualified, trained by the Institute of First Responders, the Swiss Medical Corps, or Sanpool, all accredited by OFROU and/or SGS. They hold a diploma or federal driving instructor certificate, obtained after training with CFR, EPRMC, or EPC/AES Driving Training Center. They all hold teaching authorization issued by the OCV Cantonal Vehicle Office of Geneva. They are required to regularly participate in advanced and continuing education to stay at the forefront of educational standards.
With particular expertise in adult education, some having FSEA training, our trainers have been offering first aid courses since March 1st, 2000, and many of them are also authorized to conduct supplementary training for probationary licenses (2-phase courses).
