Terms and conditions

  1. Registration:
    1. For classroom courses such as “First Aid, Traffic Rules Theory, Awareness Training,” and motorcycle practice, registration is final and binding. It confers the right to participate in the course on the specified dates. No cancellations or refunds possible.
    2. For car practical lessons, the cancellation deadline is 48 business hours in advance, except as stated in section 3.1.3.
    3. A reserved and paid practical lesson cannot be cancelled, but may, exceptionally, be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the lesson.
    4. The exam package cannot be rescheduled less than 48 hours before the reserved appointment. No refunds available.
    5. All practical lessons that have not been cancelled or rescheduled within the required time frame will be charged.
  2. Packages:

Packages are valid for two years from the date of issue. No refunds available. They are personal and non-transferable. In case of loss, the holder must prove the package’s existence. In exceptional cases, management may authorize its transfer to a third party.

  3. Required Documents:

When a certificate or learner’s permit is required by the competent authority, the student must present it in order to attend the course.

  4. Cancellations and Absences:

Due to the preferential pricing offered, course fees for first aid lessons, traffic rules theory classes, awareness sessions, and motorcycle practical lessons that are cancelled or unattended will not be refunded. No exceptions.

  5. First Absence:

If a student does not attend the first lesson of the first aid, awareness, or motorcycle course, they will no longer be allowed to participate in the remainder of that course. The total amount of the course remains due. According to federal guidelines, no exceptions are possible.

  6. Make-up lessons:

To make up for a missed lesson, additional fees will be charged, calculated based on the number of hours missed.

  7. Motorcycle course:

For missed motorcycle lessons, the cost of make-up will correspond to a third of the total price of the course. Due to the limited number of participants, makeup sessions will depend on availability.

  8. Make-up guarantee:

There is no guarantee that the make-up can be carried out within the validity period of the permit.

  9. Exclusions:

No exemptions will be granted regarding the above points.

  10. Disruptive behavior:

The student may be excluded from the course if they disrupt its proper conduct. In such cases, no refund is possible.

  11. Cancellation by the school:

The school reserves the right to cancel a course in case of a lack of participants. A full refund will be made upon presentation of payment confirmation, or alternative course dates will be offered.

  12. Course certificate:

In case of loss of the first aid course certificate, a fee of CHF 30 will be charged for administrative costs related to issuing a duplicate.

  13. Instructor qualifications:

The school guarantees that the courses are taught by instructors duly authorized by the competent authorities.

  14. Personal property liability:

The student is responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The school declines any responsibility in case of theft or loss.

  15. Motorcycle insurance:

The student must be insured against bodily and material accidents. The school cannot be held responsible in case of an accident.

  16. Payment:

Payment for the course is required at the time of registration. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  17. Acceptance of terms:

By registering and/or making payment, the student acknowledges having accepted these terms and conditions, which are also available on our website.
