1. For in-class courses such as “first aid, traffic rules theory, awareness training” and motorcycle practical training, registration is firm and final. It grants the right to participate in the course on the specified dates. No cancellation or refund is possible.
2. For car practical driving lessons, the cancellation period is 48 business hours, with the exception of point 3.1.3.
3. A reserved and paid practical lesson cannot be cancelled, but may exceptionally be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the course.
4. The examination package cannot be rescheduled less than 48 hours before the reserved appointment. No refund is possible.
5. All practical lessons that have not been cancelled or rescheduled within the deadline will be charged.

Packages are valid for ONE YEAR “365 days” from the date of issue. No refund is possible. They are personal and non-transferable. In case of loss, it is the holder’s responsibility to prove the existence of the package. In exceptional cases, management may authorize its transfer to a third party.

When a certificate or a learner’s permit is required by the competent authority, the student must present it to attend the course.

Due to the advantageous rate offered, course fees for first aid, traffic rules theory, awareness training, and motorcycle practical lessons, whether cancelled or not attended, will not be refunded. No exceptions.

If the student is not present for the first lesson of the first aid, awareness training, or motorcycle courses, they will no longer be able to participate in the remainder of the course. The full course amount remains due. In accordance with federal directives, no exceptions are possible.

To make up for a missed lesson, additional fees will be charged, calculated based on the number of hours not attended.

For uncompleted motorcycle lessons, the make-up cost will correspond to one-third of the total course price. Due to the limited number of participants, make-up sessions will depend on availability.

There is no guarantee that make-up lessons can be completed within the permit’s validity period.

No exceptions will be granted regarding the above points.

A student may be excluded from the course if they disrupt its smooth running. In such a case, no refund is possible.

The school reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient participants. A full refund will be issued upon presentation of payment confirmation, or alternative course dates will be offered.

In case of loss of the first aid course certificate, a fee of CHF 30 will be requested for administrative costs related to issuing a duplicate.

The school guarantees that courses are taught by instructors duly authorized by the competent authorities.

Students are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The school declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss.

Students must be insured against personal injury and material damage. The school cannot be held responsible in case of an accident.

Course payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is only validated upon receipt of full payment.

By registering for one of our courses and/or making payment, the student acknowledges that the secretariat has expressly requested them to review the general terms and conditions on the registration confirmation, on our website, or on our display window, and has read, understood, and accepted our general terms and conditions.
