Registration: For classroom courses such as “First Aid, Traffic Rules Theory, Awareness Training,” and motorcycle practice, registration is final and binding. It confers the right to participate in the course on the specified dates. No cancellations allowed! For practical car lessons, the cancellation period is 48 hours on business days!
Packages: packages are valid for two years from the date of issue. No refunds available. It is personal and non-transferable. In case of package loss, it is the holder’s responsibility to prove its existence. In exceptional cases, management may allow the holder to transfer the package to a third party.
Required documents: When a certificate or a learner’s permit is required by the competent authority, the student must present it to be able to attend the course.
Cancellation and absence: Due to the advantageous rate offered, the course fees for first aid lessons, traffic rules theory, awareness, and motorcycle practice, whether canceled or unattended, will not be refunded. No cancellations or refunds allowed. This rule is without exception.
First Absence: If the student is not present at the first lesson of the first aid, awareness, or motorcycle course, they will not be able to participate in the rest of the course. The total amount of the course remains due. In accordance with federal guidelines, no exceptions are possible.
Make-up: To make up for a missed lesson, additional fees will be charged, calculated based on the number of hours missed.
Motorcycle courses: For missed motorcycle lessons, the cost of make-up will correspond to a third of the total price of the course. Due to the limited number of participants, makeup sessions will depend on availability.
Make-up guarantee: There is no guarantee that the make-up can be carried out within the validity period of the permit.
Exclusions: No derogation will be granted for what is stipulated in the points above.
Disruptive Behavior: The student may be excluded from the course if they disrupt its proper conduct. In this case, reimbursement of the course fee is not considered.
Cancellation by the School: The school reserves the right to cancel a course in case of a lack of participants. A full refund will be issued upon presentation of payment confirmation, or alternative course dates will be offered.
Course certificate: In case of loss of the first aid course certificate, a fee of CHF 30 will be charged for administrative costs related to issuing a duplicate.
Instructors’ qualifications: The school guarantees that the courses are taught by instructors duly authorized by the competent authorities.
Responsibility for personal belongings: The student is responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The school declines any responsibility in case of theft or loss.
Motorcycle insurance: The student must be insured against bodily and material accidents. The school cannot be held responsible in case of an accident.
Payment: Payment for the course is required at the time of registration. Registration will only be validated after full payment has been received.
Acceptance of terms: By registering and/or making payment, the student acknowledges having accepted these terms and conditions, which are also available on our website.
